Your immersive keynote FAQ, answered by me

This immersive keynote FAQ collects the questions planners ask me most, usually right after they have seen the 3D experience for the first time. In short: it works for almost any industry, it is customized every time, most venues already have what it needs, and it costs nothing beyond my standard keynote fee.
When people see a 3D keynote for the first time, the questions come fast. How does it work? Will it fit our room? Who runs the tech? Can our CEO be in it?
Good questions, all of them. Here are the answers, grouped so you can jump to what matters most to you right now.

Immersive keynote FAQ: about the keynote
What are your immersive keynotes about?
I offer two signature keynotes, and both can be delivered in 3D. The Power of Choice is about the invisible signals that decide who gets noticed, trusted and chosen, organized in five dimensions: Appearance, Behavior, Communication, Digital and Environment. It moves people off autopilot and helps them choose how they are perceived on purpose. Forever Human is about the human advantage in the age of AI: the moves a machine still cannot make, and how to lead, sell and connect with them.
Which industries and events is it right for?

Almost all of them. The topics apply to professionals in corporations, associations, government agencies and beyond. Corporate conferences, leadership summits, industry conventions and professional development events all work, and the keynote is tailored to the specific needs and goals of each one.
Can you customize the keynote to our event theme?

Yes, every single time. I align the keynote with your goals, your messaging and the atmosphere of your event. That can mean your branding inside the 3D world, examples and case studies from your industry, or a direct look at the challenges and trends your audience is dealing with right now. Your leaders and sponsors can even appear in the experience, live or as avatars.
Do you interact with the audience?

Absolutely. The 3D world never replaces the people in the room. I use thought-provoking questions, moments of reflection and exercises that pull the audience into the story. It keeps attention high, and it creates the connection that makes the content stick.
The 3D world never replaces the people in the room. It simply gives them something they cannot look away from.
About the technology
How does 3D technology make the keynote better?
It turns the stage into a three-dimensional environment that engages the audience on several sensory levels. The visuals unfold around me and support the story, so the key messages are not only heard but seen. People feel present inside the narrative, which is exactly where learning happens.
Do you bring the 3D equipment?

Yes. The 3D equipment is mine and travels with me as luggage. I work closely with your production team so everything performs perfectly, which means you can focus on the rest of your event while I take care of the technical details of my keynote.
What other technical requirements are there?

Ideally, a room that can go as dark as possible, so the 3D visuals have full impact. A dark background behind the stage, such as a curtain or a wall. A stage large enough for the experience and for me. A lighting truss at the front of the stage, controlled lighting that keeps me visible, and a standard conference projector. Once we are booked, your production team receives every detail in advance, directly from my team.
What is the best seating setup?
Any setup that gives every attendee a clear, unobstructed view of the stage. The experience works from many positions in the room, but central seating with good sight lines makes the 3D effect strongest. In large rooms, IMAG screens help the back rows.
Can the technology be used for other parts of our event?

Yes, and I am happy to offer it. Your emcee or other presenters can use the 3D stage before or after my keynote, for openings, closings, award moments, reveals or sponsor segments. That makes the whole event feel connected, and my team and I support your team throughout.
What happens if there is a technical glitch?
Thorough preparation and clear communication prevent most issues. If something unexpected happens anyway, I stay calm, I know my equipment inside out, and I work with your AV team to solve it quickly. Your audience usually never notices.
About logistics and booking
Can the keynote work for virtual or hybrid events?
Yes. The live 3D effect in the room cannot be fully replicated online, but the visuals can create a captivating virtual experience. My team and I work with your organizers to integrate the immersive elements into your event platform for maximum engagement.
Do you stay after the keynote?
Whenever possible, yes. I like to stay at the conference after my keynote to connect with participants, answer questions and continue the conversation. Book signings, Q&As, fireside chats, luncheons and meet-and-greets are all on the table.

Frequently asked questions
How long does the setup for the immersive keynote take?

Setup takes about 60 to 90 minutes. After that, I do a full run-through of the keynote with your AV team, so they are familiar with the lighting and the technology. Dismantling after the keynote is quick. The equipment travels with me, so there is no freight to coordinate.
Can the immersive keynote be recorded or photographed?

Yes. Attendees and organizers are welcome to record and photograph the keynote, and it works on IMAG and livestream. Please avoid flash photography close to the stage, because a sudden burst of light interrupts the 3D effect for everyone nearby. Let your camera crew know in advance about the dark room.
Are there additional costs for the immersive experience?

No. There are no additional costs beyond my standard keynote fee. I provide the 3D equipment as part of the experience. If you want to develop your own custom 3D visuals for other parts of your event, I am happy to recommend providers who specialize in this kind of content.
How far in advance should we book the immersive keynote?
As early as you can. Dates fill up, and planning ahead leaves enough time for travel, customization of the 3D content, setup and rehearsal. Custom animations take three to four weeks from design to final approval, so reach out to my team well before your event to secure the date.
