My work is helping people stay irreplaceable, so when it comes to AI, I hold myself to a higher standard: AI sharpens my work, it never authors it. And my face, voice, and keynotes may not be cloned, fed to a model, or “AI-versioned.” The only authorized version of Sylvie is Sylvie.
I use AI the way a good chef uses a very sharp knife: constantly, skillfully, and never as a substitute for knowing what I’m doing. It helps me research faster, pressure-test my own ideas, and handle the thousand small tasks that used to eat my week. What it does not do is think for me, feel for me, or stand on a stage for me. Every idea I put my name to has been through my own head first. If it sounds like me, it’s because it is me. AI just helped me get there with fewer late nights.
I will never pass off a machine’s judgment as my own, because judgment is the entire product. The day I outsource that is the day I stop being worth booking.
Sometimes you will meet an AI-generated version of me: an avatar moment in my keynote, or a short follow-up video after your event. Every one of them is made by me, approved by me, and labeled as AI. That is the difference between a tool and a disguise.
On this website, you may also meet Edna, my AI assistant. She is clearly labeled as AI, she answers questions about my work, and she never speaks for me on anything that matters. For that, there is me.
When I customize a keynote for your organization, the details you share with me, your goals, your people, your internal language, are used to prepare for you and nothing else. I only use business-grade AI tools whose terms exclude training on what I share, and anything you mark as confidential never goes into an AI tool at all.
My face, my voice, my words, and my keynotes are mine. In an era when any of them can be cloned in an afternoon, that sentence needs teeth. So:
None of this gets in the way of a modern event. Live AI captioning, AI translation for your international audience, and AI-generated session summaries for your attendees are all welcome. What is not: creating new content from my keynote, training a model on it, or generating a cloned version of me. The same standard is written into my Terms of Use.
Would you like an approved clip, quote or avatar moment for your event or campaign? Ask me first at hello@sylviedigiusto.com. Done openly and with my approval, a lot is possible.
Questions about how I use AI, or about using my likeness or material? Ask me anytime.
