Keynote speaker in New York, New York

The New York keynote speaker who helps your audience stay irreplaceable

Every day, your people get chosen or replaced: by clients, by leaders, and now by machines. I show them how to become the one nobody wants to lose.

Real rooms. Real people. Real change.

Everyone now has the same AI, the same data and the same tools.
The only difference left is your people.

The problem your New York audience faces

Capability just got cheap. Being chosen didn’t.

AI does more of the work every day, and your clients can compare everything in seconds.
What still decides who gets kept, followed and chosen is human.

Your people feel replaceable.

AI anxiety quietly eats confidence, engagement and the courage to lead. People who feel replaceable stop acting irreplaceable.

Your clients see sameness.

When every competitor has the same tools and the same data, the people are the only difference a client can still feel.

Your best people get chosen elsewhere.

The talent you most want to keep is the talent everyone else wants too. Being chosen works both ways.

What’s on your New York audience’s mind

Two questions your audience brings into that New York room.

Whatever your industry, your people are quietly asking one of them.

Will a machine do my job?

Forever Human keynote by Sylvie di Giusto

Forever Human

The better the machines get, the more your people will set you apart.

Why it lands in New York: in a city where finance, media and fashion are all being rewired by AI, your audience needs to know the ten moves a machine still can’t make, and how to make them on purpose.

Why does someone else get chosen?

The Power of Choice keynote by Sylvie di Giusto

The Power of Choice

What your people know rarely gets them chosen. What others see in them does.

Why it lands in New York: New York runs on reputation, and this keynote shows your leaders the five dimensions that decide who gets kept, followed and chosen in a market where everyone is good.

The experience, live on your New York stage

Bring the world’s first 3D immersive keynote to your audience in New York.

No slides, no pre-recorded hologram beamed in from somewhere else.
I stay live in the room while your leaders, sponsors and theme step into the story.

About me

New York, a stage I know by heart.

The city that never sleeps. My job is making sure nobody in your ballroom does either.

I’m Sylvie di Giusto. Long before my first keynote, I spent nearly two decades inside corporations, ending as head of the leadership academy of Europe’s largest retail and tourism group, where hiring the speakers was part of my job. So I know exactly what you are risking when you hand someone your stage. Today I’m a keynote speaker in the CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame, based in Tampa, and New York has been one of my most frequent stages for years. Among others, I have served audiences for Bloomberg, American Express, Microsoft, TIAA, Nickelodeon, Natori, Geller & Co and 5W Public Relations, for the leadership teams of the Waldorf Astoria, Conrad and The London, for the New York Attorney General’s office and the NYC Human Resources Administration, and for the Fashion Institute of Technology, 100 Women in Hedge Funds, the Women in Technology Network, the Harvard Business Club, SHRM New York City and the Legal Marketing Association, as well as for fellow speakers at the National Speakers Association’s New York chapter. In a city where someone hungrier is always waiting for your job, my message is simple: being chosen is not luck, and being impossible to replace is a decision.

What clients say about Sylvie‘s impact.

In their words, not ours.

In 27 years of planning conferences and hearing thousands of speakers, it’s truly rare to be enlightened and moved by one.
Tami ForeroCEO, Forte Events
She takes the time to learn about you, your audience, your conference. I’d put her right at the very top of the list.
Chip Davis Jr.President & CEO, HDA
The absolute attention to detail, the going above and beyond, really making sure that we are fully customized, and really engaging with our content and our audience. I just can’t say enough good things.
Bridget SullivanLead Manager Planning Operations, Informa Connect
She worked with me putting personal touches on my presentation to fit into her technology, which is something I haven’t done with any other keynote before.
Danica SchrothConference Director, Informa Connect
You’d think it’s really hard, but from the production side it wasn’t.
Dustin LemlerProject Manager, American AV
Sylvie came up with a unique idea on involving us in her actual presentation. It actually blew everybody’s minds and they couldn’t figure out if I was actually on stage or I was an avatar.
Jeannette WalkerChief Executive Officer, MHEDA
Her ‘Forever Human’ keynote received rave reviews from our attendees, and for good reason. From the moment she began, you could have heard a pin drop in the room. Her presentation was unlike anything I had ever seen or experienced at a conference.
Hester Ndoja, CAEPresident & CEO, Florida Society of Association Executives
Instead of using slides, we went with Sylvie’s 3D holographic technology. I’ve already received several awesome compliments.

Good to know

Questions New York planners ask.

Who is the best keynote speaker for a conference in New York?

Sylvie di Giusto is a CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame keynote speaker. She delivers two keynotes, Forever Human on the human edge in the age of AI and The Power of Choice on how people get chosen, either on a traditional stage or as the world’s first 3D immersive keynote.

Sylvie lives in Tampa. Does she travel to New York?

Yes. Sylvie speaks across the United States and in more than 25 countries, and New York is a nonstop flight from her home airport. Her team handles travel and logistics, so you work with one contact from the first call to the show.

Can the 3D immersive keynote be staged in a New York venue?

Yes, wherever there is a stage and a room that can go dark. Sylvie’s team works directly with your New York venue and AV partner, checks the floor plan early and sends the full tech requirements. See how the experience works.

Which keynote fits my conference in New York?

Both keynotes work for any industry, so the choice comes down to the question your audience is quietly asking. Forever Human answers “Will a machine do my job?” It shows people the ten moves a machine still can’t make, and turns AI anxiety into a clear plan for the human skills that grow in value as technology gets better. The Power of Choice answers “Why does someone else get chosen?” It reveals the five dimensions that decide who gets kept, followed and chosen, and shows people how to shape those judgments on purpose. Not sure which one your audience needs? Sylvie’s team will help you decide on the first call.

Can we book Sylvie through our speaker bureau?

Yes. Sylvie partners with speaker bureaus around the world. If a bureau already supports your event, Sylvie’s team will work directly with them from the first call to the show, so you keep the partner you trust.

How far in advance should we book a keynote speaker for New York?

As early as your dates are set. Peak convention seasons in New York fill venues and hotels fast, and the 3D immersive keynote needs a little lead time to be tailored to your audience. Check availability to hold your date.

Can Sylvie speak virtually or in a hybrid format for a New York event?

Yes. Both keynotes are available in person, hybrid or virtual, and each version is customized to your audience and theme.

Planner tips for New York

  • Mind the big show weeks. The New York International Auto Show fills the Javits Center from late March into April, and NY NOW takes over at the turn of January and February, so lock in hotel blocks early around those dates.
  • Take the 7 train to Javits. The 34th Street/Hudson Yards stop on the 7 line connects the Javits Center to Times Square in five minutes, often faster than a car in Midtown traffic.
  • Guard the clock. New York audiences expect sessions to start and end on time, so keep transitions tight and protect the keynote slot from agenda creep.
  • Make the evening unforgettable. Take your guests up to Top of the Rock at sunset for the Empire State Building and Central Park in one view, then on to dinner and a show around Times Square.
