Future of work keynote speaker
The work keeps changing shape. The people who choose to grow with it stay essential.
Real rooms. Real people. Real change.

Everyone now has the same AI, the same data and the same tools.
The only difference left is your people.
Hybrid schedules, AI copilots, flatter structures and skills that age faster than training budgets have rewritten work while everyone was still doing it.
The org chart changed. Most people never got a new map.
Half your people now do work that did not exist when they were hired, and the other half wonder whether their work will exist next year. Uncertainty makes people cautious exactly when you need them curious.
In a hybrid week, the person who shines on camera gets noticed and the quiet expert gets forgotten. Promotions start following visibility instead of value.
Announce an upskilling program and many employees hear “your current skills are not enough.” Without a personal reason to choose growth, they simply wait it out.
Organizations rethinking work that trusted me, among others

Strategy decks talk about skills and operating models. Your people are asking something far more personal.
Will a machine do my job?
The better the machines get, the more your people will set you apart.
Why it lands with future of work audiences: Forever Human answers the question everyone in your room asks privately: what part of my job is still mine? It turns AI and automation from a threat into a clear list of human strengths worth building.
Why does someone else get chosen?
What your people know rarely gets them chosen. What others see in them does.
Why it lands with future of work audiences: in hybrid and distributed work, people are judged on fewer and shorter signals: a video tile, a chat message, a profile. The Power of Choice shows how to make those signals count, so the right people get seen, trusted and promoted.
I left a twenty-year corporate career to build a speaking business from scratch, then rebuilt it for virtual stages and a holographic one. I talk about changing shape from experience, not theory.
Your event team and I prepare together, so I learn how work actually happens in your organization: hybrid rules, new tools, new structures. The keynote uses your words and your people’s situations.
I can open a future of work summit, kick off a transformation or speak at an all-hands meeting broadcast to every office and home desk. It works as a stand-alone keynote or as the opener to a day of workshops, so your teams start from the same question.
If you want your audience to feel the future of work instead of hearing about it, the 3D immersive keynote does exactly that, then brings it back to the human choices that matter.
Future of work programs put strategists and operators in one room. The keynote has to speak to both.
No slides, no pre-recorded hologram beamed in from somewhere else.
I stay live in the room while your leaders, sponsors and theme step into the story.
How clients describe it, in their own words.
How clients make it their own.
I spent nearly twenty years preparing people for jobs that kept changing. That part hasn’t changed.
I’m Sylvie di Giusto. For nearly two decades I worked inside corporations, last as educator and head of the management academy of Europe’s largest retail and tourism group, where my job was helping managers grow into roles that were being redesigned around them. Then I reinvented my own career and became a keynote speaker, now in the CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame. Among others, ADP, Adecco, Kronos or Haworth trusted me with their people. My message is simple: the future of work is not something that happens to people. It is a series of choices they make, and I help them make the ones that keep them essential.
In their words, not ours.
The uniform consensus among my team is that Sylvie is the best speaker they have had, ever. I couldn’t agree more.
I was very impressed by how quickly and effectively she absorbed and understood the information about our organization and the goals of our event.
It was truly an eye opening, inspirational and rewarding presentation. I would strongly recommend Sylvie. Her presentation provides the perfect insight for any organization that is looking to empower its individual employees.
Her thought-provoking presentation energized the group intellectually and physically, as Sylvie had participants on their feet and interacting with each other in exercises that perfectly complemented her talk.
In 27 years of planning conferences and hearing thousands of speakers, it’s truly rare to be enlightened and moved by one. I heard Sylvie di Giusto speak recently and she blew me away.

The Power of Choice is built on my book The Image of Leadership, a practical guide to how people decide, in seconds, whom to trust, follow and promote. Those decisions now happen across offices, screens and chat threads.
The book breaks them down into five dimensions (appearance, behavior, communication, digital presence and environment), so readers can adjust how they show up wherever work happens. Clients often give copies to attendees to keep the conversation going after the event.

Every reorg, reskilling plan and AI pilot raises the same private question in your workforce. Forever Human answers it by putting what machines do next to what only people do, task by task.
Readers come away with a list of human strengths worth building and a calmer view of a career that keeps changing shape. Many organizations give a copy to every summit attendee, so the conversation about the future of work continues inside their own teams.
Sylvie di Giusto is a CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame keynote speaker who addresses the future of work from the human side: AI, hybrid work and changing roles. ADP, Adecco or Kronos trusted her, among others, and she delivers on a traditional stage, virtually or as the world’s first 3D immersive keynote.
Choose Forever Human when the conversation is about AI and automation changing jobs. Choose The Power of Choice when the challenge is visibility, trust and promotion in hybrid or distributed teams. Both are customized to your workplace.
Yes. Sylvie di Giusto frames reskilling as a choice people make for themselves rather than a judgment on their current skills. Audiences leave with a clearer view of which human strengths to build as their roles change.
Yes. The Power of Choice counts digital presence and environment among its five dimensions, which covers how people come across on video calls, in chat and in shared workspaces. Sylvie adapts the examples to your office, hybrid or remote setup.
It can be. Sylvie customizes each keynote to the people in the room, so for frontline teams the focus shifts from video calls to new tools on the floor, changing customer expectations and the human skills that keep them valued.
As soon as your date is confirmed. Fall and early-year leadership meetings fill first, and a customized or 3D immersive keynote needs some preparation time. Check availability to hold your date.
