Leadership keynote speaker

The leadership keynote speaker who helps your audience stay irreplaceable

Titles get you followed on paper. Trust is what makes people choose to follow you.

Real rooms. Real people. Real change.

Everyone now has the same AI, the same data and the same tools.
The only difference left is your people.

The problem your leaders face

Authority comes with the title. Trust doesn’t.

Your leaders were promoted for being great at the work, then handed people, budgets and a calendar full of one-on-ones.
Their teams decide every day whether to follow them, and most of that decision happens without a word.

New managers copy old habits.

Promoted out of the team they used to sit in, they lead the way they were led, good or bad. Nobody told them their team now reads every glance in every meeting.

Executives lose the signal.

The higher leaders climb, the more filtered the feedback they get. They stop seeing how their tone in a town hall or their silence in an email lands three levels down.

People quit their managers.

Engagement scores can look fine on average and alarming team by team. The difference is almost always the person in charge.

What’s on your leaders’ minds

Two questions every leader is asking right now.

From first-time managers to the C-suite, the questions are the same. Only the stakes change.

Will a machine do my job?

Forever Human keynote by Sylvie di Giusto

Forever Human

The better the machines get, the more your people will set you apart.

Why it lands with leadership audiences: leaders are now accountable for teams in which AI does part of the work. Forever Human shows them which parts of leadership never get automated (judgment, presence, empathy) and how to build them on purpose.

Why does someone else get chosen?

The Power of Choice keynote by Sylvie di Giusto

The Power of Choice

What your people know rarely gets them chosen. What others see in them does.

Why it lands with leadership audiences: The Power of Choice comes straight from my book The Image of Leadership. It shows leaders how appearance, behavior, communication, digital presence and environment decide, in seconds, whether people trust them enough to follow.

What I bring to your leadership stage

A leadership keynote from someone who developed leaders.

Years of running a leadership academy

Before I took the stage, I ran the management academy of Europe’s largest retail and tourism group. I know what sticks with managers after an event and what is forgotten by Monday.

Fits your leadership program

I can open a leadership summit, kick off an annual leadership kickoff or add a working session at your executive offsite. For a leadership academy graduation or high-potential program that participants still quote years later, I bring the 3D immersive version, in person, virtual or hybrid.

Your leadership model, built in

Your learning team and I prepare together, so I understand your leaders and can connect the keynote to your competencies, your values and the moments they find hardest.

Two books behind the two keynotes

The Image of Leadership is the book behind The Power of Choice, and Forever Human is the book behind my Forever Human keynote. Placed in every leader’s hands, they turn one keynote into a reference leaders keep coming back to.

Who’s in your room

For everyone who has people looking to them.

Leadership audiences range from newly promoted team leads to boards. The keynote meets each of them where they are.

The people in the seats

  • CEOs and presidents
  • C-suite executives
  • Vice presidents
  • Senior directors
  • Regional and general managers
  • First-time managers
  • High-potential talent
  • Team leads
  • Board members
  • Chiefs of staff
  • Leadership development leaders
  • Association volunteer leaders

Where I fit in your year

  • leadership summit
  • executive offsite
  • management conference
  • high-potential program
  • leadership academy graduation
  • annual leadership kickoff
  • association leadership institute
The experience, live on your stage

Bring the world’s first 3D immersive keynote to your leadership offsite.

No slides, no pre-recorded hologram beamed in from somewhere else.
I stay live in the room while your leaders, sponsors and theme step into the story.

About me

Leadership is what I taught before I spoke.

I spent years developing managers inside a corporation. Now I help leaders everywhere become the one people choose to follow.

I’m Sylvie di Giusto. For nearly two decades I worked inside corporations, ending as educator and head of the management academy of Europe’s largest retail and tourism group, where I developed leaders and booked the speakers they heard. Along the way I trained audiences at McKinsey & Company, BASF or Henkel in Germany. Today I’m a CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame keynote speaker, and leaders at Microsoft, SAP, Deloitte, Prudential, American Express, Hilton or the U.S. Air Force, among others, trusted me with their stages. My book The Image of Leadership grew out of a question I saw in every leadership program I ran: why do some leaders get followed while others only get obeyed? My keynotes answer it in ways leaders can use the very next week, and my book Forever Human takes the same question into the age of AI.

In their words, not ours.

Anyone leading a company, this is for you! I strongly encourage you to consider having Sylvie come to speak with your team. She is one of the best investments we have made in our great associates. They are still talking about her! Thank you Sylvie! We love you!
Carolyn RossonCEO, Ebby Halliday & Co
From the moment Sylvie takes the stage, she’s got you. Not only do you feel completely connected to her during her talk, but she teaches you how to make others feel that way about you. Our team was unanimous in our praise for the workshop Sylvie put on for us, helping us to become more aware of what our clients, co-workers and even strangers think of us upon a first impression and how to make that moment more impactful and positive. A keynote speaker we won’t forget!
Pat MurphyDirector, Cushman & Wakefield
I heard someone say “Wow! How would you like to be the speaker to follow that?” Sylvie is credibility personified and masterful at her craft, her presentation was so entertaining it is easy to overlook the fact that she provided more value in her twenty-minute address than many could provide in an hour.

The Image of Leadership , by Sylvie di Giusto
The book behind the keynote

The Image of Leadership, the playbook for being followed.

The Power of Choice is built on my book The Image of Leadership, and for this audience the title says it all. It explains why people decide in seconds whether a leader deserves their trust.

Leaders learn to manage the five dimensions behind that decision (appearance, behavior, communication, digital presence and environment) in town halls, one-on-ones and every message they send. Many organizations give a copy to each participant so the keynote becomes a leadership tool they keep.

Forever Human, a book by Sylvie di Giusto
For leaders of human and AI teams

Forever Human, for leaders AI can’t replace.

Leaders now run teams where software writes the report, schedules the shift and forecasts the quarter. Forever Human names the parts of leadership that never get automated: judgment, presence and the willingness to be accountable.

Executives and managers take away a way to decide what to delegate to machines and what to keep for themselves. Many organizations pair it with The Image of Leadership, so leaders get both the presence and the AI era playbook.

Good to know

Questions leadership planners ask.

Who is the best leadership keynote speaker for an executive or management conference?

Sylvie di Giusto is a CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame keynote speaker and author of The Image of Leadership and Forever Human who headed a corporate management academy before she began speaking. Deloitte, McKinsey & Company or Microsoft trusted her, among others, and she delivers in person, virtually or as the world’s first 3D immersive keynote.

Which leadership keynote should we choose, Forever Human or The Power of Choice?

Choose The Power of Choice when the goal is trust, credibility and executive presence, since it is built on The Image of Leadership. Choose Forever Human when your leaders need to guide teams through AI and automation. Sylvie can help match the keynote to your agenda.

Is there a leadership keynote that works for first-time managers and senior executives in the same room?

Yes. Sylvie di Giusto’s keynotes focus on how people decide whom to trust and follow, which applies at every level. She uses examples in which new managers recognize their first team meetings and executives recognize their town halls.

Does Sylvie cover executive presence in her leadership keynote?

Yes. Executive presence sits at the core of The Power of Choice, broken down into five concrete dimensions: appearance, behavior, communication, digital presence and environment. Leaders leave with specific changes they can make the following week.

Can a leadership keynote connect to our existing leadership competency model?

Yes. Sylvie customizes each keynote by collaborating with your learning or event team and reviewing your leadership framework, so the keynote reinforces the behaviors you already expect instead of introducing a competing model.

Can every leader at our event receive copies of Sylvie’s books?

Yes. Sylvie’s team can arrange copies of The Image of Leadership for each participant, and many clients use them as a follow-up resource for their leadership programs. Copies of Forever Human, the book behind her Forever Human keynote, are available as well. Mention it when you check availability.

Can Sylvie keynote a leadership offsite for a small executive team?

Yes. Sylvie works with groups of every size, from an executive team around one table to a full conference hall, and adjusts the format and interaction to the room.
