Everyone now has the same AI, the same data and the same tools.
The only difference left is your people.

The problem your association audience faces

Members can google anything. They join for what they can’t.

Webinars, journals and certifications now compete with free videos and instant AI answers.
What members still cannot download is the community, and the confidence that their profession has a future.

Your value looks downloadable.

When a chatbot answers the questions your journal used to, members start asking what their dues buy. Renewal season turns into a vote on relevance.

Your profession feels threatened.

Whether your members are engineers, distributors or HR leaders, AI is changing their work faster than standards and curricula can follow. They come to your annual meeting looking for direction.

Your volunteers are tired.

Board members, committee chairs and chapter leaders give their evenings to the cause. Without new energy at the annual conference, the same ten people keep doing everything.

What’s on your members’ minds

Two questions your members bring to the annual meeting.

Whatever profession your association serves, members are asking one of them in the hallway.

Will a machine do my job?

Forever Human keynote by Sylvie di Giusto

Forever Human

The better the machines get, the more your people will set you apart.

Why it lands with association audiences: Every profession your association represents is being reshaped by AI. This shows members what stays human in their work, so they leave your general session with confidence about the future of their field instead of anxiety.

Why does someone else get chosen?

The Power of Choice keynote by Sylvie di Giusto

The Power of Choice

What your people know rarely gets them chosen. What others see in them does.

Why it lands with association audiences: clients, employers and peers decide in seconds whether to trust a professional. This shows your members the five dimensions that decide who gets hired, promoted and recommended, a takeaway that makes membership feel worth every dollar.

What I bring to your association stage

A keynote that makes your membership look good.

I’m an association person

I have volunteered for years in my own professional association, the National Speakers Association. I know what a general session means to staff, board and members, and how much your conference budget has to prove.

Your profession, on my slides

Before your conference, I work closely with your staff to understand your members, your profession’s language and its current pressures. Engineers, distributors or HR leaders hear their own industry, not a generic leadership talk.

A general session people register for

The 3D immersive keynote gives your marketing team something no other conference in your space offers. It also gives your members one more reason to register early and bring a colleague.

Books as a member benefit

The Image of Leadership, or one of its industry special editions, can go home with every attendee, and so can Forever Human, the book behind my Forever Human keynote. Books turn a single session into a benefit members keep on their desk.

Who’s in your room

From the board table to the first-time attendee.

Association audiences span career stages, roles and sometimes competing companies. The keynote has to unite them around the profession they share.

The people in the seats

  • Association CEOs and executive directors
  • Board chairs and directors
  • Meetings and education directors
  • Membership directors
  • Chapter and component leaders
  • Committee chairs and volunteers
  • Young professionals and emerging leaders
  • Certified practitioners
  • Member company executives
  • Sponsors and allied members
  • Association management company staff
  • State and regional affiliate leaders

Where I fit in your year

  • Annual conference general session
  • Leadership and volunteer summit
  • State society of association executives meeting
  • Chapter leaders retreat
  • Industry convention and expo
  • Emerging leaders program
  • Awards luncheon
The experience, live on your stage

Bring the world’s first 3D immersive keynote to your annual meeting.

No slides, no pre-recorded hologram beamed in from somewhere else.
I stay live in the room while your leaders, sponsors and theme step into the story.

About me

Associations, a community I belong to.

I know what an association means to its members because I volunteer in one. Now I help associations prove their value from the main stage.

I’m Sylvie di Giusto. Before my speaking career, I spent nearly twenty years in corporate learning and leadership development, finally heading the academy of Europe’s largest retail and tourism group and choosing its speakers myself. Today I’m a CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame keynote speaker and a longtime volunteer in my own association, so I know what a general session has to deliver for staff, board and members alike. Among others, the FSAE, HDA, MHEDA or SOCAP trusted me with their members. Associations exist because people are stronger together. My job is to make every attendee walk out believing that their profession, and their membership, matter.

Before you book your association keynote

What clients say about Sylvie‘s impact.

In their words, not ours.

It couldn’t have gone better! With her high energy style and sense of humor, she quickly had everyone’s attention. She showed us how we assess, and judge people based on just a few seconds of visual contact. But it went even deeper into other concepts around our motivations, our self-perception and how it impacts those crucial first seconds when meeting someone new. The interactive exercise engaged everyone as part of the program, not simply as the listening audience. She was a gem and I highly recommend Sylvie and her program in today’s return to work business environment.
Marie ShubinChief Executive Officer, SOCAP International
Having selected speakers for over 30 years, the challenge is to be relevant to your audience, be personable, easy to work with, flexible and genuine! Sylvie di Giusto is all of those! She’s among my top picks.
Dean Jones CMPDirector Conferences & Events, RCMA
Here is what our attendees said: “I got my money’s worth for the entire conference, just for her session”, “Out of all the conferences I have been attending for this association, she (Sylvie) was the best you have had yet”, “You hit it out of the park with having Sylvie speak. She was so good!”
Marlee HoncoopOperation Coordinator, SmithBucklin
To date, Sylvie was the highest-rated speaker and attendees still talk about her and how they can further connect with her.
Louis LessigBrown & Connery, LLP, President of Tri-State HRMA
I have attended many conferences and without a doubt, Sylvie ranks at the top for her public speaking and impressive presentation.

The Image of Leadership , by Sylvie di Giusto
A take-home for every member

The Image of Leadership.

The Power of Choice is built on my book The Image of Leadership, which shows how people decide in seconds whether to trust, hire, follow or recommend someone. It speaks to every career stage in an association, from first-time attendees to past presidents.

It breaks those decisions into five dimensions, appearance, behavior, communication, digital presence and environment, with practical steps for each. Special editions exist for many professions, and associations often give a copy to every attendee.

Forever Human, a book by Sylvie di Giusto
For every profession you represent

Forever Human, for members asking what’s next.

Your members want to know whether their profession will still need them in ten years, and a webinar on prompts does not answer that. Forever Human sorts the work machines will take from the work that stays with skilled, accountable people.

Members leave with language to explain their human value to employers, clients and the next generation entering the field. Many associations give every attendee a copy, a member benefit that keeps working long after the annual meeting.

Good to know

Questions association planners ask.

Who is the best association keynote speaker for an annual conference?

Sylvie di Giusto is a CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame keynote speaker whom associations such as the FSAE, HDA, MHEDA or SOCAP trusted, among others. She delivers Forever Human and The Power of Choice, customized to your profession, on a traditional stage or as the world’s first 3D immersive keynote.

Should our association book Forever Human or The Power of Choice?

Choose Forever Human if your members’ profession is being reshaped by AI and they need confidence about their future. Choose The Power of Choice if your members want practical ways to be trusted, hired and recommended in their field. Associations often open with one and save the other for a leadership track or the following year.

How can a keynote speaker increase the value of association membership?

A keynote adds membership value when attendees leave with something they could not get from free content online. Sylvie di Giusto customizes each keynote to your profession and its current pressures, and associations can add copies of The Image of Leadership or her book Forever Human as a lasting member benefit.

Is there a keynote speaker for state societies of association executives?

Yes. Associations of association executives such as the FSAE, CSAE or CCAE trusted Sylvie di Giusto, among others. For association executives she shows how to stay irreplaceable to members while AI reshapes education, communication and member services.

Can a keynote help our association engage younger members and emerging leaders?

Sylvie di Giusto’s keynotes connect across generations because they focus on how people build trust and stay relevant, which matters to a first-year member as much as to a past chair. She customizes examples to your profession so emerging leaders see a future in it and seasoned members see their experience reflected.

Can associations book Sylvie di Giusto for a hybrid or virtual annual meeting?

Yes. Both keynotes are available in person, hybrid or virtual, which helps associations reach members who cannot travel. Each format is customized to your profession and conference theme.

How far in advance do associations book a keynote speaker?

Associations often plan general sessions a year or more ahead, and the busiest conference seasons fill first. Reach out as soon as your dates are confirmed, especially for the 3D immersive keynote. Check availability to hold your date.
