Franchise keynote speaker

The franchise keynote speaker who helps your audience stay irreplaceable

Every location has the same brand. The people inside decide which one customers choose.

Real rooms. Real people. Real change.

Everyone now has the same AI, the same data and the same tools.
The only difference left is your people.

The problem your franchise system faces

Same sign out front. Different experience inside.

Your brand standards, your operations manual and your national marketing are identical at every location.
Customers still pick a favorite, and they pick it because of the people working there.

Your brand promise lives at the counter.

The home office writes the promise, but a part-time associate on a Saturday afternoon delivers it, or doesn’t. One bad visit gets posted under your brand name, not the franchisee’s.

Your franchisees are owners, not employees.

You can’t order them to change; you have to win them over. A convention keynote is one of the few moments the whole system hears the same message together.

Your top units are hard to copy.

Every system has a few locations that outperform with the same model in a similar market. The difference is usually the owner and the team culture they built, and culture can be learned.

What’s on your franchisees’ minds

Two questions every franchise owner brings to your convention.

From the newest unit owner to the multi-unit operator, your system is asking one of them.

Will a machine do my job?

Forever Human keynote by Sylvie di Giusto

Forever Human

The better the machines get, the more your people will set you apart.

Why it lands with franchise audiences: AI now runs online ordering, scheduling, local ads and even the first customer chat. This shows franchisees and their teams why hospitality, local relationships and a manager who knows the regulars stay the human edge of every location.

Why does someone else get chosen?

The Power of Choice keynote by Sylvie di Giusto

The Power of Choice

What your people know rarely gets them chosen. What others see in them does.

Why it lands with franchise audiences: customers decide in seconds whether a location feels like the brand they love. This shows franchisees how the five ABCDE dimensions, from a clean storefront to the local Google profile, make their location the one customers choose.

What I bring to your stage

Made for the whole system.

I know brand standards from the inside

I led the management academy of Europe’s largest retail and tourism group, where many locations had to deliver one brand promise. I booked convention speakers myself and know what a general session has to accomplish.

Franchisor and franchisee, both in view

I work closely with your convention team to understand both sides of the system. The keynote respects the franchisor’s standards and speaks to the owner who signs the paychecks.

Fits your convention lineup

I can open your annual franchise convention, speak at a regional owner meeting or add a working session for your franchise advisory council. The session can be followed by a Q&A with owners, which often becomes the most honest hour of the convention.

A convention moment

The world’s first 3D immersive keynote gives your annual convention a shared experience franchisees remember long after the trade show floor is packed up.

Who’s in your room

Owners, operators and the home office team.

Franchise conventions bring independent owners, their managers and the franchisor’s leadership into one room. The keynote speaks to each of them.

The people in the seats

  • Franchisees and unit owners
  • Multi-unit operators
  • General managers
  • Area developers
  • Franchise business consultants
  • Field operations leaders
  • Franchisor executives
  • Training and development leaders
  • Marketing and brand leaders
  • Franchise development teams
  • Supplier and vendor partners
  • Franchise advisory council members

Where I fit in your year

  • Annual franchise convention
  • Franchisee meeting
  • Regional owner meeting
  • Franchise advisory council
  • New franchisee training kickoff
  • Brand awards night
  • Franchise association conference
The experience, live on your stage

Bring the world’s first 3D immersive keynote to your franchise convention.

No slides, no pre-recorded hologram beamed in from somewhere else.
I stay live in the room while your leaders, sponsors and theme step into the story.

About me

Franchising, where every location needs its own ambassadors.

I help franchise systems turn every location into the one customers choose.

I’m Sylvie di Giusto. Before I became a keynote speaker, I spent nearly twenty years inside corporations, the last of them leading the management academy of Europe’s largest retail and tourism group, where I saw how differently two shops with the same sign can perform, and where I booked speakers myself. Today I’m a CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame keynote speaker. Among others, Keller Williams, Right at Home, Crestcom or AutoZone trusted me with their people. Franchise audiences are entrepreneurs first. They want energy, yes, but they also want ideas they can try in their own location on Monday morning.

Before you book your franchise keynote

What clients say about Sylvie‘s impact.

In their words, not ours.

Sylvie was absolutely delightful as she embraced, engaged and empowered the AutoZone team during her International Women’s Week keynote presentation.  She developed an instant connection and  kept her audience captivated.  She was responsive, well-organized and took the time to prepare well in advance, which included visiting an AutoZone store!  We would highly recommend Sylvie; she has set the bar high.

The Image of Leadership in Retail & Consumer Goods, by Sylvie di Giusto
Written for brands that live at the point of sale

The Image of Leadership in Retail & Consumer Goods.

The Power of Choice is built on my book The Image of Leadership, and its Retail & Consumer Goods edition, with a foreword by Dr. Matthias Bellmann, applies it to the places where brands meet customers face to face. That is exactly where a franchise system wins or loses.

It shows owners, managers and frontline teams how appearance, behavior, communication, digital presence and environment shape a customer’s verdict in the first seconds of a visit. Franchisors often give a copy to every owner at the convention, so the whole system shares the same standard.

Forever Human, a book by Sylvie di Giusto
For franchisors and franchisees

Forever Human, for every location on the map.

Your system can roll out online ordering, AI scheduling and automated local marketing to every unit at once. Forever Human explains why the owner who knows the regulars and the manager who coaches a new hire still make one location outperform the next.

Franchisees take away a practical view of where to automate and where to invest in their people. Many franchisors make it required reading for owners who are weighing their next technology investment.

Good to know

Questions franchise planners ask.

Who is the best franchise keynote speaker for an annual franchise convention?

Sylvie di Giusto is a CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame keynote speaker trusted by franchise brands such as Keller Williams, Right at Home, Crestcom or FocalPoint Coaching, among others. She delivers Forever Human and The Power of Choice, customized to your brand and your owners, on a traditional stage or as the world’s first 3D immersive keynote.

Forever Human or The Power of Choice: which keynote fits a franchise convention?

The Power of Choice fits conventions focused on customer experience, brand consistency and local growth, because it shows why customers pick one location over another. Forever Human fits systems rolling out AI tools for ordering, scheduling or marketing that want owners to see where the human edge remains. Some franchisors book one for the convention and the other for a leadership meeting.

Can a keynote help franchisees deliver a more consistent brand experience?

Yes. Sylvie di Giusto shows owners and their teams how customers judge a location through appearance, behavior, communication, digital presence and environment, which turns brand standards into something people understand and want to live. Franchisees leave with a simple way to see their own location through a customer’s eyes.

How do you pick a keynote speaker who works for both franchisees and corporate staff?

Choose a speaker who customizes the message and respects franchisees as independent business owners. Sylvie collaborates with your convention team ahead of time to understand both the franchisor and the franchisee side, so the keynote supports your brand goals without sounding like a corporate mandate.

Can a keynote help franchise owners hire and keep frontline staff?

It can help owners become managers people choose to work for. The Power of Choice shows how an owner’s behavior, communication and the work environment they create decide whether hourly employees stay or leave, which matters in every location with high turnover.

How early should a franchisor book a keynote speaker for its convention?

As soon as the convention dates and venue are set. The 3D immersive keynote needs coordination with your production company, so earlier is better. Check availability to hold your date.

Is Sylvie available for virtual franchisee meetings or regional owner calls?

Yes. Both keynotes are available virtually and in hybrid formats, which works well for regional meetings or owners who can’t travel. Each version is customized to your brand.
