The short version, in case you are briefing a committee.
Sylvie di Giusto is a keynote speaker, author and member of the CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame, the highest honor of the National Speakers Association. She helps organizations stay irreplaceable in a world where AI makes everyone equally capable, through two signature keynotes, Forever Human and The Power of Choice, both available as the world’s first 3D immersive holographic keynote or on a traditional stage.
Before she ever stepped on a keynote stage, Sylvie spent nearly two decades in corporate life, mostly in human resources, and led a management academy. She trained leaders and teams at organizations such as McKinsey, BASF, Henkel and Thomas Cook. She has been a professional speaker since 2010, holds the CSP designation and was inducted into the CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame in 2025.
Yes. Sylvie was inducted into the CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame on July 29, 2025. CPAE, the Council of Peers Award for Excellence, is the National Speakers Association’s highest honor for professional speakers. She is also a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), an earned designation held by a small share of professional speakers worldwide.
Sylvie is based in Tampa, Florida, and speaks worldwide, with stages in more than 25 countries so far. She describes herself as Austrian by birth, French in her heart, Italian in her kitchen, German in her work ethic and American by choice, which explains why international audiences rarely feel like they are getting the export version.
Sylvie delivers keynotes in English and German. Both of her signature keynotes, Forever Human and The Power of Choice, are available in either language, which makes her a natural fit for international and multinational events. Just mention the language your audience prefers when you check availability.
Sylvie is the author of The Image of Leadership, now in a new and expanded edition with ten industry special editions, Discover Your Fair Advantage and Forever Human, her book on staying human when AI makes everyone equally capable. The Image of Leadership is the foundation of her Power of Choice keynote. Explore the books.
Two keynotes. Each one built around your audience, never recycled.
I offer two signature keynotes. Forever Human is about the human advantage when AI makes everyone equally capable. The Power of Choice is about the invisible signals that decide who gets noticed, trusted and chosen. Both come as a 3D immersive holographic experience or as a traditional keynote with the identical message.
Forever Human answers the question every organization is quietly asking: if AI makes everyone equally capable, what still sets your people apart? I name the ten moves a machine still cannot make and show your audience how to lead, sell and connect with human signals technology cannot fake. It is not a fearful talk about being replaced. It is a confident one about becoming the exception.
Yes, with a twist. My Forever Human keynote is about AI, but not about prompts, tools or fear. It is about what happens to people when machines can do the work: which human skills gain value, how leaders keep their teams trusted and irreplaceable, and how organizations stay human on purpose. If you are looking for an AI keynote speaker who leaves your audience confident instead of anxious, start there.
What your people know rarely gets them chosen. What others see in them does. The Power of Choice shows your audience how clients, talent and colleagues judge them in seconds across five dimensions, and how to shape that perception on purpose instead of leaving it to chance. It is built on my book The Image of Leadership and works especially well for leadership and sales audiences.
If your audience is wrestling with AI, automation or the future of work, start with Forever Human. If the challenge is leadership presence, client trust or sales, The Power of Choice is usually the better fit. Not sure? Tell me about your audience and your goals on a short call, and I will recommend the one that serves your event, not my ego.
Leadership meetings, sales kickoffs, association conventions, company-wide gatherings and client events. Both keynotes work for mixed audiences, from new hires to executives, because I build the examples around the people in your room. My audience pages show how I adapt them for industries such as financial services, health care, technology, real estate and retail.
My keynotes run 45 to 60 minutes, in 3D or on a traditional stage. That is the sweet spot: long enough for real depth, short enough that nobody reaches for a phone. Shorter formats are possible when your agenda is tight. Tell me what your program looks like and I will shape the keynote around it.
Each keynote page has an uncut, unfiltered recording, so you see exactly what your audience will get. Watch Forever Human, The Power of Choice and the 3D experience, including what clients said right after it. Recordings show you the content. Only the room shows you the gasp, but the clips get you close enough to brief your committee.
The questions your AV team will ask, answered before they ask.
It is the world’s first 3D immersive holographic keynote. Instead of watching slides, your audience steps inside the message: scenes, characters and your own leaders appear around me in 3D while I stay live in the room, shaping every moment in real time. No pre-recorded hologram beamed in from somewhere else. A real keynote, delivered as an experience people talk about for years.
If you want people to remember the message, not just enjoy it, yes. A traditional keynote informs. The 3D experience makes the ideas visible, so they stick, and it creates the moment your attendees retell long after the event, which raises the perceived value of your entire program. If the room or the budget cannot support it, the traditional version delivers the identical message beautifully.
A hologram speaker usually means a talk streamed or pre-recorded and projected onto a stage. My 3D experience is the opposite: I am physically in the room, live, while 3D scenes, characters and your own leaders appear around me. Your audience gets the wow of a hologram and the presence of a real keynote speaker who reads the room and responds in real time.
Most likely, yes. The ideal is a room that can go fully dark, a stage about 32 feet wide and 15 feet deep with a dark backdrop, and a room height around 25 feet. Over the years I have made it work in many different venues, so treat these as the ideal, not as dealbreakers. Share your floorplan early and we will find the version that fits.
Your AV team provides the stage, a truss at the top front of the stage with lighting rigged to it, a projector of 20,000 to 30,000 ANSI lumens and one or two confidence monitors. I bring everything else for the 3D experience, at no additional cost. Once we are booked, your production team receives the full tech rider, floorplans and downloads directly from my team.
Setup takes about 60 to 90 minutes, followed by a run-through of about the same length. My 3D equipment travels with me as luggage, so there is no freight to arrange. Plan the setup and rehearsal time into your schedule the day of the event or the day before, and your production team will have a relaxed show.
Yes. The 3D experience works on IMAG screens, livestreams and recordings. Your audience is welcome to take photos and film, with one request: no flash photography in the front rows, because it interferes with what everyone else is seeing. Recording rights for distribution beyond internal use are agreed during booking.
Built for one room, one client, every single time.
Always. Before your event, we have a preparation call and I send you a short questionnaire about your audience, your goals and your theme. I then build the keynote around your industry, your language and your challenges. After the event, a debrief call closes the loop. Customization is not an add-on. It is how every keynote is made.
Yes, and it is often the moment people remember most. Your executives, sponsors or award winners can appear live or as avatars inside the experience, in a scene or in the story itself. When an audience sees its own leaders in the light, the keynote no longer feels booked. It feels built only for them, because it was.
Yes. Beyond the keynote, the 3D stage can carry your opening, closing, award reveals, sponsor thank-yous, product launches or event theme. Animations are designed around your brand and messaging and quoted based on complexity and scope. Allow three to four weeks from design to final approval, so the earlier we talk, the more we can build.
Yes. My books are available at special customer pricing for events, and they make a takeaway that keeps the keynote working long after the applause. The Image of Leadership even comes in ten industry special editions, so your attendees read examples from their own world. Ask my team for options when you book.
The practical bits, so nothing surprises anyone on show day.
A preparation call with the right people, your answers to my short questionnaire, and your event details: agenda, room, audience size and AV contact. For the 3D keynote, please also share your floorplan and the email address of your prompt operator, who receives an invite to my prompt script. Everything else, from tech rider to floorplans, my team sends you once we are booked.
Yes, for internal use. Videographers and photographers are welcome to capture the keynote, and afterward my team asks for a copy of the video and photos. If you want to distribute the recording more broadly, for example publicly or as paid content, we agree on those rights during booking.
Yes. I am based in Tampa, Florida, and travel to events worldwide. My 3D equipment travels with me as luggage, so even international stages need no freight shipments. My team handles travel logistics with you so that your planning stays simple.
From first email to signed agreement, without the runaround.
Start on my check availability page with your date, location and audience. My team confirms availability and sends a tailored proposal quickly, and a human writes back, not an autoresponder. From there, we schedule the preparation call and take care of the agreement and logistics together with you.
The cost of hiring me as a keynote speaker depends on the format, the location and the level of customization, and the 3D immersive keynote is quoted differently from the traditional version. I do not publish a flat fee because no two events are alike. Share your date and details on my check availability page and my team sends you a tailored quote, usually within a day.
Yes, happily. I work with speaker bureaus all over the world, and you are welcome to book me through your preferred bureau. Bureau partners can reach my team directly for availability, fees and speaker materials such as bios, introductions and headshots.
As early as you can, especially for the 3D experience and for custom animations, which need three to four weeks from design to approval. That said, I have also said yes to short-notice requests more than once. Ask about your date, even if it feels close. My team will tell you honestly what is possible. For the bigger picture, read my guide on how to find a keynote speaker.
