Keynote speaker in Anchorage, Alaska

The Anchorage keynote speaker who helps your audience stay irreplaceable

Every day, your people get chosen or replaced: by clients, by leaders, and now by machines. I show them how to become the one nobody wants to lose.

Real rooms. Real people. Real change.

Everyone now has the same AI, the same data and the same tools.
The only difference left is your people.

The problem your Anchorage audience faces

Capability just got cheap. Being chosen didn’t.

AI does more of the work every day, and your clients can compare everything in seconds.
What still decides who gets kept, followed and chosen is human.

Your people feel replaceable.

AI anxiety quietly eats confidence, engagement and the courage to lead. People who feel replaceable stop acting irreplaceable.

Your clients see sameness.

When every competitor has the same tools and the same data, the people are the only difference a client can still feel.

Your best people get chosen elsewhere.

The talent you most want to keep is the talent everyone else wants too. Being chosen works both ways.

What’s on your Anchorage audience’s mind

Two questions your audience brings into that Anchorage room.

Whatever your industry, your people are quietly asking one of them.

Will a machine do my job?

Forever Human keynote by Sylvie di Giusto

Forever Human

The better the machines get, the more your people will set you apart.

Why it lands in Anchorage: in a state where energy, aviation and logistics run on technology and on people who make judgment calls in tough conditions, it shows your audience the ten moves a machine still can’t make.

Why does someone else get chosen?

The Power of Choice keynote by Sylvie di Giusto

The Power of Choice

What your people know rarely gets them chosen. What others see in them does.

Why it lands in Anchorage: Anchorage leaders depend on trust in close-knit, connected communities, and this keynote shows the five dimensions that decide who gets kept, followed and chosen.

About me

Anchorage, I’d gladly travel this far for you.

From Tampa Bay to Cook Inlet: I’m packing a real coat, and a keynote that warms up the room.

I’m Sylvie di Giusto. Before I became a keynote speaker, I spent nearly twenty years inside corporations, the last of them leading the leadership academy of Europe’s largest retail and tourism group and booking the speakers who stood in front of our people. Today I’m a CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame keynote speaker, and my home is Tampa, a long way from Cook Inlet. Anchorage audiences in energy, aviation, logistics, healthcare and public service know that technology only works when people make good calls under pressure. That is the heart of my message: the human skills that grow more valuable as AI spreads. I fly in from Tampa with a day to spare for weather and rehearsal. In a state where people rely on each other more than most, I help your audience see why they are impossible to replace.

In their words, not ours.

Chip Davis Jr.President & CEO, HDA
The absolute attention to detail, the going above and beyond, really making sure that we are fully customized, and really engaging with our content and our audience. I just can’t say enough good things.
Bridget SullivanLead Manager Planning Operations, Informa Connect
She worked with me putting personal touches on my presentation to fit into her technology, which is something I haven’t done with any other keynote before.
Danica SchrothConference Director, Informa Connect
You’d think it’s really hard, but from the production side it wasn’t.
Dustin LemlerProject Manager, American AV
Sylvie came up with a unique idea on involving us in her actual presentation. It actually blew everybody’s minds and they couldn’t figure out if I was actually on stage or I was an avatar.
Jeannette WalkerChief Executive Officer, MHEDA
Her ‘Forever Human’ keynote received rave reviews from our attendees, and for good reason. From the moment she began, you could have heard a pin drop in the room. Her presentation was unlike anything I had ever seen or experienced at a conference.
Hester Ndoja, CAEPresident & CEO, Florida Society of Association Executives
Instead of using slides, we went with Sylvie’s 3D holographic technology. I’ve already received several awesome compliments.

Good to know

Questions Anchorage planners ask.

Who is the best keynote speaker for a conference in Anchorage?

Sylvie di Giusto is a CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame keynote speaker. She delivers two keynotes, Forever Human on the human edge in the age of AI and The Power of Choice on how people get chosen, either on a traditional stage or as the world’s first 3D immersive keynote.

Sylvie lives in Tampa. Does she travel to Anchorage?

Yes. Sylvie speaks across the United States and in more than 25 countries, and she flies in to Anchorage from her home airport in Tampa. Her team handles travel and logistics, so you work with one contact from the first call to the show.

Can the 3D immersive keynote be staged in a Anchorage venue?

Yes, wherever there is a stage and a room that can go dark. Sylvie’s team works directly with your Anchorage venue and AV partner, checks the floor plan early and sends the full tech requirements. See how the experience works.

Which keynote fits my conference in Anchorage?

Both keynotes work for any industry, so the choice comes down to the question your audience is quietly asking. Forever Human answers “Will a machine do my job?” It shows people the ten moves a machine still can’t make, and turns AI anxiety into a clear plan for the human skills that grow in value as technology gets better. The Power of Choice answers “Why does someone else get chosen?” It reveals the five dimensions that decide who gets kept, followed and chosen, and shows people how to shape those judgments on purpose. Not sure which one your audience needs? Sylvie’s team will help you decide on the first call.

Can we book Sylvie through our speaker bureau?

Yes. Sylvie partners with speaker bureaus around the world. If a bureau already supports your event, Sylvie’s team will work directly with them from the first call to the show, so you keep the partner you trust.

How far in advance should we book a keynote speaker for Anchorage?

As early as your dates are set. Peak convention seasons in Anchorage fill venues and hotels fast, and the 3D immersive keynote needs a little lead time to be tailored to your audience. Check availability to hold your date.

Can Sylvie speak virtually or in a hybrid format for a Anchorage event?

Yes. Both keynotes are available in person, hybrid or virtual, and each version is customized to your audience and theme.

Planner tips for Anchorage

  • Plan around the light. Summer days in Anchorage are very long and winter days very short, so time outdoor moments and evening programs around the daylight.
  • Build in travel buffers. Many attendees fly in from across Alaska, where weather can delay flights, so give your opening and closing sessions some flexibility.
  • Show them the coast. The Tony Knowles Coastal Trail runs along the water from downtown, an easy morning walk or bike ride before sessions begin.
  • Make the evening unforgettable. Host dinner at the Anchorage Museum or the Alaska Native Heritage Center, then let your guests catch the Chugach Mountains glowing in the evening light.
